Looked around for a connection for my gas BBQ at all your well known usual outlets and all didn't have any in stock, found this place and rang to make sure they did have stock, guy on the phone said they did so turned up later to purchase.. great variety of equipment and bits that I had never seen before.. the gent seemed really knowledgeable and friendly..

Thing I was most shocked at was the pricing of pretty much everything! For a small run business everything I saw was almost priced match to the penny if not cheaper than I've seen for the same brands elsewhere!

Shame I live so far away as this would 100% be my go to as knowledge, price and variety of stock is second to none! If I'm in this area again I will be revisiting and I hope this review leads more people to this business as you are not fobbed off with bull purchase tactics or somebody who's not got a clue what they are going on about..

Fantastic customer service, after having an issue with my water pump and thinking a new one was required ,I headed to venture caravans, instead of just selling me a new pump, they explained the numerous possible causes and told me to go back and check these. Guess what the pump was fine. Instead of just selling me a new pump at a cost of near £100  they actually sorted the problem without me spending a penny, I obviously went back and bought some items from there fantastically stocked shop to show my appreciation.
Can not recommend this business highly enough. 10 star 🌟 if I could

We were first time campervan hirers and Venture could not have made it any easier. The staff were super friendly and took the time to go through all the features of the campervan so we would be fully confident. The van we hired exceed expectations and we had a fab weekend in Anglesey with it. Fell in love with the campervan and didn't want to take it back 😂. Would absolutely and without question, hire from Venture again!
